Feminist IFS

Tools for Self-led Personal and Cultural Transformation

Led by Quin Rich, LICSW & Achara Tarfa · 8 live bi-weekly sessions

The personal is political — and your parts know it.

If you’re tired of trying to “calm down” your fierce, protective parts while the world is actively on fire, this course is your invitation to take the next step.

Over 8 live sessions, we expand the IFS lens to include the political and the systemic: how our parts carry patriarchal and cultural burdens, and how Self-leadership becomes a tool for both personal liberation and collective transformation. This is a home for practitioners who understand that in a world of injustice, our Self must be as brave as it is calm.
